Newly created route 326 operates 3 historical trolleybuses in Gdynia

PKT, Gdynia’s trolleybus operator, put three refreshed historical trolleybuses in operation on 1 July 2012: a Saurer 4TIILM from 1957, a Skoda 9Tr20 from 1975, and a Jelcz 12 MTE from 1994. In cooperation with ZKM Gdynia (the local bus operator) the historical trolleybuses run on the new route 326 every Sunday and on bank holidays every 40 to 60 minutes between 10 am and 6 pm.

At this occassion also three new Solaris trolleybuses equipped with air-conditioning, automatic pantographs and ni-cd batteries as well as two converted Mercedes Citaro O530 were officially inaugurated.
